The Ihsan Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Programme in conjunction with Ramadan is conducted to alleviate the burden of expenses in Ramadan and bring joy to the senior citizens and the underprivileged for the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri Celebration. It is also in line with Yayasan's strategic goals in balancing care for the basic needs of those in need. This year's Ramadan, $139,300 were donated to 150 families.

In Brunei Muara District, the delegation was led by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Nazmi bin Haji Awang Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports as a Member of the Yayasan Board of Directors. Yayasan also contributed equipment needed by patients, especially senior citizens. Also present was Doctor Dayang Nor Imtihan binti Haji Abdul Razak, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Development as Acting Managing Director of Yayasan.

In Belait District, 4 families received the programme's donations. The donations were presented by Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Setia Doctor Dayang Hajah Romaizah binti Haji Mohd Salleh, Minister of Education as Member of the Yayasan Board of Directors.

In Tutong District, the delegation was led by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Metussin, Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism as Member of the Yayasan Board of Directors. Also present was Yang Berhormat Awang Abdul Aziz bin Haji Hamdan, Member of the Legislative Council.

In Temburong District, the donations were presented by Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Paduka Dayang Hajah Nor Hashimah binti Haji Mohammed Taib, Attorney General as Member of the Yayasan Board of Directors to five families comprising senior citizens and the underprivileged.
